Property tribulations

Lachlan Murdoch just has his fancy invite-only elite christmas party at his 4000 m sq Bellevue Hill property 'Le Manoir' in Sydney recently. A real estate website says it sold in 2009 for $23 million.

I bought my modest house in the burbs 150 km away from Sydney in 2023 for just over $0.5 million. I have a massive 650 m sq land area.

I don't get invites to elite parties, nor even any fancy work xmas parties. Not that I'd want to go to either.

@ArishMell It was. Lachlan is supposed to be a chip off the old block from his father. Time will tell if that serves him well or creates a Fossil like the Packer kid..😷
