Is a large basement worth finishing for the resale value of the home??

@WoWgirll pull a permit with the County, get each phase inspected. Frame/Electrical/Plumbing/drywall and be done.

@WoWgirll Added finished square footage always adds value.

@Iwillwait say homes around it with finished basements sell at 400-500k will say average of 3000sqft home size.

I got this for below 200k the top and bottom floor are both about 1750spft each
So it's half the home basically

@Iwillwait I do property real estate developing I know nothing about homes or contracting. So this is exciting slash horrifying investment
