Insanity. We need laws in this country that state your mortgage is what it is and that's it. No accounting for nothing.

Yeah. We do. My family is suffering and particular because those laws are so out of control. And I know, I know, there I go introducing logic and reason, but you'd think an old landlord like Donald Trump would know the pain of having your money tied up in real estate because everybody told you what a great investment it was, but nobody can afford to buy it from you, and you can't afford to sell it anyway because of the capital gains tax, so you mortgage it, and now you're basically paying rent for your own building.

@LordShadowfire Ug sorry that sounds like a pain and I do get it, real estate is pushed a lot. I see YouTube ads on it all the time.

It's like no one wants to hold them accountable and change the laws to keep that from happening.

@Shybutwilling2bfriends The problem is that mortgage companies are the ones that benefit the most from an unregulated capitalist paradise. End stage capitalism tends toward the insane and honestly predatory idea that everything can and should be for rent. And I don't mean for sale. Subscription models for everything is not a glitch, it's a feature. You don't own anything that they can rent to you instead.

@Bang5luts The real kicker is that anytime something else is proposed it gets called communism or socialism even though it's not. Anything different from what is accepted gets called out as bad so we're never able to make changes.

I blame those people, they're the real reason we are paying for taxes long after we owe.

@oldguy73 All videos are homemade aside from news. What are you pointing out then? You also said it was garbage insinuating that what she said either wasn't true or she was lying. This is the narrative that conservatives push when they know we have a housing crises. Why would you say garbage otherwise if not to cast doubt.
