A valuation of my apartment here in the Prati

I’m confident in what my estate agent says when he affirms he could likely get in excess of one million Euros for the apartment as it stands. The modernisation I have done has brightened the place considerably and the additional rights in the complex, he is sure he can get that kind of money.

Edoardo sold his apartment and got three quarters of a million Euros for it, so putting the two amounts together we have a budget of about two million euros, so our property search will be in the high value areas near to Chiara’s school. We have got to research this and hope that we can find something pretty quickly. School starts in the first week of September!
