Ever hear noises IN your wall?

I really don't believe in ghosts or spirits but every couple nights the wall adjacent to my bed will make really creepy creaky noises inside 😯

I know it's probably air or something in the materials moving, but it still freaks me out sometimes 🫨😶‍🌫

I remember when my Aunty had to move because of a poltergeist, her husband had been in bad health and succumbed to it ,not long after the noises started scratching and tapping from the walls , then her bed with her in it was pinned to the ceiling and her screaming made her neighbours force their way in one of them was hit in the face from no where ,her antique bed just dropped as the police arrived. She has been in and out of mental institutions ever since and the house is rented to imigrants now.
