We'll have a extra room

When Star leaves in a few months we are going to have a extra room. Currently the boys share a room. Joel and I have the smallest room in the house downstairs. Moving one of the boys downstairs is not a choice, safety and health risks. So we can either give the boys their own room or Joel and I can move upstairs in the much bigger room. Our room is small we have our bed in there and a night stand. That's it. They boys get along well but as boys do they fight from time to time. Our oldest boy has health issues and at times makes for long nights. Plus there wouldn't be an adult on the main floor with them. We have a monitor in their room plus an alarm on their door. It would be nice to have a room we could relax in, have our clothes and even a TV in there.... I just don't know what to do
