Check In - What's your rent payment?

My apartment decided to raise the rent so I'm curious, what is your rent payment? How many bed/bath? What area? I say area because I am sure no one wants to disclose super precise locations but maybe state at least?

I know my rent is reasonable and I'm going to stay regardless. But normally they only raise it $50 every 12 months. This time it was $160 and I am so upset. UGH

Here in Stockholm Sweden, a typical apartment's rent is based on the square foot area of the apartment itself which works out to be about $1.00 USD per square foot.

A 300 square foot bachelor apartment would therefore rent for $300 USD per month, which includes all utilities, taxes and an underground parking spot.

A 3 bedroom, one bathroom, 1200 square foot apartment would rent for $1200 USD per month, which includes one underground parking spot.
