Check In - What's your rent payment?

My apartment decided to raise the rent so I'm curious, what is your rent payment? How many bed/bath? What area? I say area because I am sure no one wants to disclose super precise locations but maybe state at least?

I know my rent is reasonable and I'm going to stay regardless. But normally they only raise it $50 every 12 months. This time it was $160 and I am so upset. UGH

I live in Oregon. My landlords are farmers. My SIL lived in our house before us. We got it when she moved. Landlord hasnt raised the rent in the last 20 years. We have two story with 2 bedrooms downstairs and 1 big room upstairs. House was built in 1893 but has been remodeled. It sits on 4 fenced acres with a barn, shop, and separate garage. Has its own well so no paying for water.

Rent is $1,200 per month.
I love my landlords.
