Check In - What's your rent payment?

My apartment decided to raise the rent so I'm curious, what is your rent payment? How many bed/bath? What area? I say area because I am sure no one wants to disclose super precise locations but maybe state at least?

I know my rent is reasonable and I'm going to stay regardless. But normally they only raise it $50 every 12 months. This time it was $160 and I am so upset. UGH

€481 a month for 1 combined bed/living room and a bathroom totaling 37m².
@NerdyPotato small addition: there are two sets of laws for housing costs that changed independently over the years. The costs for existing contracts can only be increased by a small percentage twice a year. That raised mine from €390 to €480 in the 13 years I lived here. The maximum costs for new contracts is a complicated calculation based on surface and facilities. That has become much more lenient for landlords. If I decided to leave, the next renter would probably pay around €650 a month for the same apartment, and so would I for the next one if I went for something similar.
