The heat makes me so nauseous

I already climbed into bed with the AC going in the bedroom… kiddos are hanging in here with me and we are just chit chatting/watching tv

I would rather be in a blizzard and freezing than this high heat index shit with all the humidity

@AllelujahHaptism I am way more productive in the cooler/cold months. I feel more energetic and fluid. I can move around with ease and do things to easily warm up if feeling too chilly

When I’m too hot I just want to lay like a starfish on a flat cool surface and move as little as possible 🥲😂
