The heat makes me so nauseous

@AllelujahHaptism I am way more productive in the cooler/cold months. I feel more energetic and fluid. I can move around with ease and do things to easily warm up if feeling too chilly

When I’m too hot I just want to lay like a starfish on a flat cool surface and move as little as possible 🥲😂

I don’t know if it’s genetic or something, but some ppl around me thrive in the heat… I’m useless and feel so icky and cranky. I’ve never tolerated heat and humidity well
