How do you keep cool in the heat?
Been swimming at local baths followed by ice cold drinks at home. Temperature was about 29 today so never ventured far this afternoon. We got 2 fans on in the house and I'm in my nightdress to keep cool lol.

I keep the windows and curtains shut throughout the day (counter-intuitive, but traps the cooler air inside) and shower just before bedtime to get my core temperature down. My daughter changes into her swimsuit and charges around the garden with her friends, making a lot of noise and getting water everywhere. Each to her own, I guess! 😅
