Yea it is a lousy sign, I agree.
Also I am trying to keep my house looking classy. This is pretty much the opposite of that.
I think the dignified approach is to make "NO" very clear without actually having to say it.
You would never see a nice house with a sign like this. You would just know not to bother. This is class.
