I hate not having a dishwasher or a garbage disposal.

It just makes more work for me. And I don't have a lot of counter space so I have to stop and put the dishes away as I go. When I had a dishwasher I left them in there and took a few out here and there. There was no rush. But everyone is different. I like to cook when I can.
