I hate the old government rules where you couldn’t

get someone out of your home if they rented until they and their children DIE. So my grandfather has a nice house that’s been taken over for decades by a lady that lived 90 years. Now her daughter is living in it and she’s around 60 so if she lives as long as her mom then I’ll be dead before she leaves. The house is for us and my uncles so it can be split and sold and it’s worth something cause it’s on the street. Sigh

Depending on the jurisdiction, there are legal ways to get them out. It may be expensive, but it likely is possible.
