I hate the old government rules where you couldn’t

get someone out of your home if they rented until they and their children DIE. So my grandfather has a nice house that’s been taken over for decades by a lady that lived 90 years. Now her daughter is living in it and she’s around 60 so if she lives as long as her mom then I’ll be dead before she leaves. The house is for us and my uncles so it can be split and sold and it’s worth something cause it’s on the street. Sigh

We can’t do anything. It’s sad how much people have lost their homes to others for no good reason. It’s happened to many people. The renting ones get to keep the house and after they die their children get married and live their whole lives in the house. There’s a couple of our neighbors with the same issue. Many people don’t gain from their own property. It’s either the family stealing from each other or people you can’t kick out. @Bang5luts Or the gov taking it.
