It's really hot in my apartment, will blackout curtains help?

It's not sunny in my apartment, and I don't open the blinds but the sun hits my windows all day in my living room. It is literally 84 degrees inside my apartment. So I'm hot just simply sitting still.

It's also 102 degrees outside

A bit but cheaper are the dark screen roll down shades or even cheaper. Peel and stick shade film. The film comes off right away, there is no clue. It just clings to glass.

@REMsleep where do you find those? I still want to be able to see out my windows though

@iamnikki You can see out. Its like tint, but a but darker than tint so you can't see out as well as normal.
They have one way mirror or black. I think you use a box cuter to cut to window size. 9.99 on Amazon
