PEOPLE THESE DAYS-----

I cant understand why -People these days-
would rather go out to grab some fast food on a daily basis instead of making something up at home..

Me? I'm not a good cook and a good home cooked meal is way better than fast food .

From time time it's nice and the portions are so big that I can eat leftovers on another day too. There's no way I could make kebab at home. But damn, eating out every day would be pretty expensive, unhealthy, not even worth the money and probably would get old for me way too soon.
Also cooking at home has many different levels too. You don't need to do everything from scratch. Sometimes it can be even "homemade fast food".

And like you said,,, It could get expensive day to day.. but from time to time fast food is convenient

@SledgeHammer Like frozen mixed vegetables you just throw on a pan, add some sauce you can buy in a supermarket and heat a flat bread that's also conveniently sold in a package of 6-8 pieces. 😅 Put everything on a flat bread, roll and eat.

@SledgeHammer I'm not buying tortillas in a plastic package anymore though. Last year we had an open package of those for about 6 months at home and not even mold wanted to touch it. 😅 Now I'm not even sure I want to know what they are really made of.

Yeah all that grease of pizza slices and kebabs looks like it's designed for drinking youth on a Friday night. That's the only time they can come in handy, really. 😆

@CrazyMusicLover believe it or not but back in the day... if there is no grease soaking through the bag... I would think it probably wasnt going to taste good...
