As @SW-User suggested...hot boiling water ....lots of it.
Grease is the number one thing to block drains....iy slowly lines the pipes and stops stuff moving through .
So ...heating iy up and melting some of it works .
So does using detegent mixed with washing powder....poired down after the hot water ....amd let sit all night - has tone to work into tj4 grease.
Next morning...two buckets of boiling water again .
(And some more plunging while the pipe is warm)
Carb soda and vinegar only work if the build up isnt too bad .

@OogieBoogie ah okay, well after the baking soda and vinegar fizz goes down the instructions say to add hot water
