New home search

So, I've been looking to buy a house for a couple of years now, but finances keep causing issues. Every time I find something I like and send it to my mom and bff, they always say something negative. This last one was because the unfinished basement had some weird wiring (it is UNFINISHED), there was no dishwasher, the crime is supposedly double over what it is where I currently live, and it is too small. The house is newly renovated with a fenced in yard and well within my budget. It just sucks that they keep doing this. I just need a house that is bigger than my apartment. I have never felt home in this apartment.

Your voice matters and you should not let other people decide what you should do. They'll get over it but you may not. Don't let people control you like that. Listen to your own heart. You know what you can afford and what you cannot and you can always get ADT Security for your home and it's not that expensive if you bought that home. You come first and you call the shots. If you listen to other people and let them tell you what they think you should do, you'll never be happy. Please respect yourself and your decisions above all others and do what you need to do. That is your right and privilege, and that is respecting yourself.
