Why is Polyamory so looked down on by society?
Is it that much of a problem to love multiple people so deeply in their eyes?

Looking at this from an anthropological and human evolution viewpoint, monogamy has been the human reproduction strategy for at least 2 million years. This is because human children require so much care.
