What’s your creepiest neighbor like?

[c=#BF0080]I have one who likes to wave to me when I’m inside my home from my patio door and he likes to dance in the street when people drive by sometimes.

Just a little while ago I was texting my mom back at the gas station in the dark and put my phone down to leave and looked up and he was right in the middle in front of the hood of my car just staring at me like a killer in a horror movie would 😂 To make it worse he was wearing a winter hat and coat and the temp is between 80-90 😳 I backed out so fast 😆

Do you have a neighbor like that? 👀 [/c]

Ohmygosh...be careful!!! Be sure to leave the message you just posted with your local police. He may be mentally challenged and not realize he is scaring you.

@4meAndyou [c=#BF0080]Thanks.. He does have something off and it happened to his younger brother when he was around the same age.[/c]

@MellyMel22 You should just make the local police aware of the behaviors. We had a young boy in my mother's neighborhood who was mentally challenged. Unfortunately, he terrorized the neighbors and became a peeping Tom.

@4meAndyou [c=#BF0080]Oh wow! They don’t take much very seriously around here. [/c]

@MellyMel22 Not anymore...things are changing so much that soon none of us will be safe. But it is still very important to establish a record AT the police station. Victims of domestic violence run up against this all the time. "Well, if it's been going on for years, why didn't you call before now?"
