Australia fires update

Because of prolonged rain, All fires in NSW are either out or under control.
Because of prolonged rain in QLD no fires are currently being fought.
Because of prolonged rain the only fires burning in Victoria are Peat Fires at Cape Conran and low impact fires at Cabbage Tree Creek and Marlo.
There are several minor fires burning in Tasmania. All are under control with no current alerts.
Seems like this Summers Fire Season is almost over because of plenty of rain on the east coast of Australia.

That's excellent. Glad to hear it's over.

Meanwhile we're getting no rain at all here in California. :( I'm sure we'll have bad fires this summer.

@SW-User Yes, seems no rain means wild fires because of the extremely dry underbrush.
Let us hope for some rain before Winter/Spring is over before the hotter weather arrives.
