Hardwood or carpet?

Carpet for bedrooms and second floor. Hardwood for first floor, kitchen, dining, living, and family room

I have hardwood floors and I love them. Carpet holds so many things you can't see.

I like my hard wood, but I prefer to lay carpet.

I'd never opt for carpet. It gets pretty gross no matter how much you try to keep up with it.

I got rid if carpet. It all hardwood here.

Also stained it in mahogany color. Looks beautiful

I love wood all over but with a carpet surrounding the couch and a small carpet next to the bed.

We pulled all the carpet in our house and have hardwood floors now. Much easier to clean.

I have no carpets in the house other than an area rug. Hardwood.

Wood I think. Easier to maintain too.

I prefer my hardwood floors. I also have area rugs, but they’re easier to keep clean or change than carpeting.
