I am very lucky because my apartment overlooks a "courtyard" or square of green grass with trees and bushes. One of the trees and the bushes flower in the spring, and another tree puts on an amazing show of orange and red in the fall. I can see the neighbors' houses on the next street, and they are filled with trees and bushes also, so I guess you could say it is a good view.
