I wanna pay in full for my first apartment what are all the things I need to know and do I have to put down a downpayment on the

Do I have to still put down a down payment or whatever its called if I want to pay in full for the year? I want to move out asap will I have any additional fee's I've never rented an apartment before? If I pay the landlord in full do I still need to give him my social and credit score? Anything else I need to know

Generally, you pay first and last month rent and a security deposit so you don't just fuck off.

Usually, you can leave with 1 month notice, but it would depend on the contact you sign.

@HopelessRomantic You'll have to work that out with the property owner. Most people, though, don't say no to money.

@HopelessRomantic Paying a whole years rent is not wise. What if you are there a month and it turns out to be a nightmare..it happens all the time to people. You'll never get the rest of the money back believe me. Put it in the bank and pay monthly.
