Def wood grain. Porcelain Marble floors are way too slippery and way too pretentious for my taste.
Never been a hardwood kitchen floor fan.
Woodgrain seems more appropriate for formal spaces like living and dining rooms, and libraries.

Definitely not wood

I like porcelain…until I drop something that shatters. Then I wish i had linoleum
Actual wood. Real wood floors are softer and more flexible, thus more comfortable for long term working on one's feet. Yeah, you can put rubber mats on top of tile, but they're ugly and collect dirt underneath. We've had a maple floor in our kitchen for almost 23 years; still looks lovely, still very moppable. Linoleum is also softer, very durable, and easily cleaned, but we preferred the maple.

@Spoiledbrat it’s easier to clean tile, especially if you have pets that shed. Pets are a thing. Tile doesn’t rip or tear or stain like carpet. Anything can stain or spill on carpet.
@Mindful Yeah but I hate it. It's ugly. It's not that easy to clean from day to day. You'd have to mop it. It's easier to vacuum. I hate mopping my kitchen. Sometimes I have to clean it myself on my hands and knees or just bend over because the mopping pushes the dirt to the edge or around. I spray the floor with something and wipe it about once a month. It hurts my back. lol I'm old.
