I feel sorry for new home buyers!

The average price of a new home is $450,000 you need at least $50,000 in down payment to get a decent interest rate throw in taxes and insurance (which is going up dramatically) and now the average price car is $50,000 there is no way they can ever save for retirement and only one job loss from losing it all!
