Compared to prices in the South of England that's quite a lot of house for the money. Mind you it varies quite a lot.

1.5 MGBP gets you a three bedroom maisonette in Lansdown Crescent, Bath.

Ah nice.. no trees in the yard tho if i had 2.5m i’d buy a different house tho .. probably more acres smaller house or a beach cottage.. tho in my old town an empty lot directly on the beach was 5m itself and over 40k in taxes 😳
