Torn and confused

I love to buy a house with my bestfriend but I think it's too far away. I don't know if this will affect our friendship if I change my mind. I mean a house is a big commitment. I can't back out of it but I don't want to hurt her feelings after all the things that I've said in what we will be doing in our houses if I also purchased the adjacent lot.

Never. Do not do it no matter what promise was made.

If you feel compelled to do so because of your word, and you won't listen to our advice of not too. Then take you friend to an attorney's office and work out a contract that protects you and her incase one of you defaults and the process to terminate the contract by a buy out or selling of the home.

@WillaKissing I'm sorry I was not clear about the purchase. We are going to buy each other's house but adjacent so we'll be neighbors.

@Leafkiss Now that makes sense!
