@Sojournersoul Damned right you did. Would you like to wait 8 months for an appointment, if you were, lets say, seeing a therapist for PTSD or depression? I think NOT. This is criminal.

My take away is that the VA under FSC processes claims for ICE and other federal agencies. I don’t see how this would dictate how timely a manner a migrant in ICE detention requiring medical care is seen.
When I get an answer from the AL I might have a better understanding of this.
