ok, so buffaloes don't have wings, unless they are water buffaloes with water wings...
so i guess this is some sort of bird, probably chicken. i must ask why they are called buffalo wings.
pigs-in-a-blanket? we eat a lot of pig in many ways, but never like that.
what else do you have?

@Yulianna A Buffalo wing, in the cuisine of the United States, is an unbreaded chicken wing section that is generally deep-fried then coated or dipped in a sauce consisting of a vinegar-based cayenne pepper hot sauce and melted butter prior to serving.

@TheSirfurryanimalWales what's that got to do with buffaloes?
sarabee1995 · 26-30, F
@TheSirfurryanimalWales My mouth is watering reading your description. But yes, @Yulianna, he is right. This is one of many "Buffalo-style" chicken wing recipe. Basically, it's a spicy wing. 🙂
Now... Pigs-in-a-blanket are quite famous and is really a food category in itself...

Basically, it's a small sausage or hot dog wrapped in some kind of bread dough and baked. But the variety is enormous.
I like a light flaky croissant-like dough. 🙂

@Dlrannie Yes, I've seen them wrapped in bacon back home in the States too and as we all know, life is always better with bacon! 😁

@Yulianna Nothing?Ask Sara😀
sarabee1995 · 26-30, F
@TheSirfurryanimalWales @Yulianna Lol, I haven't a clue why they are referred to as Buffalo wings? 🤷♀️ Perhaps the concept of spicy wings originated in the city of Buffalo, NY?

@sarabee1995 @Yulianna We had things called Devils on Horseback. Pitted prunes wrapped in strips of bacon and grilled. A small cube of cheese can be inserted into the prunes. I haven't had one for years...my Mother used to make them.
