Does your family have a traditional meal on New Years Day to ring good luck?

For our family it's always been ham and beans with sweet cornbread.

@ozgirl512 Aunt is coming over at 6 with homemade pasties. Otherwise we were just going to go in to town and get curbside.

@Ksmile14 traditionally a Welsh dish, me by the wives for the husbands working in the mines, delivered hot wrapped in a towel to the mind.... They are lamb and veggies, in a thick sauce wrapped in a semi circle shape of puff pastry and baked!
