It’s surf and turf for Easter dinner tomorrow

Steak and lobster, courtesy of my wonderful parents who invited my man and I over for Easter. It was just last year when Desmond joined me for a big Easter feast with me and my family, with him telling me he couldn’t even remember the last time he had a big Easter celebration with family, since he’s not in contact with his own fam (for good reason). I told him we would be his new family. May tomorrow serve as a good reminder of that: he’s sharing another Easter celebration with his new family. He sure seemed excited when I told him they were making steak and lobster tail. 🤭
