What does one do when alone on Xmas eve day.... house stuff! Then work on completing minimal christmas deco setup

Repainting in the bathroom (though it won't get finished today), and finally (after years) using timber putty to close in all the see-through gaps in the floorboards where I can see outside light coming in from under the floor.

No cold beer to speak of, so relaxing is just cold water from an array of plastic re-used water bottles I keep in the fridge.
