What does your Christmas menu look like?

We typically do s spiral ham or roast chicken, stuffing, roasted and mashed potatoes, corn, rolls, squash.
Some years , lasagna. I'm adding mashed sweet potatoes this year and I'm going to make delicious Ham and Swiss Pinwheels for appetizers!

@Coralmist It is so good, it could be the new pumkin spice, but I have been doing it ever since I was a kid in the 70's, I soon had my entire extended paternal side family in Oregon, and then later my entire maternal side extended family in iowa, doing it.
