My 2nd Christmas without my mom and dad. This time I’m sober. I should have told them I loved them everyday.

You can still talk to them now even tho they are gone.. that's my belief anyway that they can see us from beyond the grave 🙂 i'm glad that you had nice parents and that you miss and appreciated them.. tho i am sorry they are so soon suddenly gone for whatever reason.. 💔
