Thanks for posting this! It is a totally new concept for me, a guy with no Italian roots. I had to look it up. Great tradition! I'm not sure about the choice of fish you posted, but I would definitely go for shrimp and catfish anytime.
@exexec have to try the Insalata di mare. made with calamari, octipus, scungelli. shrimp, mussels celery, tomatoes, marinated artichokes and eggplant with olive oil and lemon juice
