His stuff is always good because he sources from family that supply him.

My dad used to rely on a Butcher in Mayfair - hidden away kinda place. Was less expensive than you'd think and the quality was 馃敟

@V00doo We've had an awful year.
Cock-ups galore with supplies and costs and nothing seems to be working properly.
So I just said let's have what we want and enjoy it this Christmas.
My Mother will just love it.
Reminds her of her youth, goose at Christmas.
