Driving around looking at Christmas lights

I remember doing that in 2020 at the peak of Covid. One night me and mum took my nearly one year old niece for a walk round to look at Christmas lights in peoples houses and gardens. I miss that year. Nobody has ever made that much effort since. Me however I still admire looking at them all on my own. This year it seems that not many people have them up yet.

We celebrate with family and friends on Christmas Eve where the little ones open their gifts.
Growing up we celebrated that way then got more gifts on Christmas Day from Santa 🎅

I love to drive around seeing Christmas displays and lights, I just love it when shared with a fellow admirer for the Christmas light displays.

Seeing the Christmas decorations that are around town, like the lights or wreaths on the lamp posts and all the store windows.

looking at old christmas photos from the 70s from when my brother and i were kids. we had amazing christmases back then.
