Anyone else not looking forward to your regular Christmas get together with family this year?

I have a lovely family, but they all live a good distance away from me in various parts of the country and they in turn have their own immediate families around them. Whereas I could travel, they understand that I would prefer to spend most of the day on my own, but will be visiting some very close friends nearby for a few hours for a late meal and an evening. No stress. I can come away when I want and they won't fret. I miss the days of the big family get together, but I'm not up for that anymore.
