Happy Eid to those celebrating!!

This is the first Eid in Algeria in my entire life during which Algeria will be not be celebrating with Saudi Arabia at the same time. It will be on Monday which gives me more time to message people to not visit me.

I have really bad respiratory infection. Like incredibly bad. It got worse the past two days after being fairly manageable . And I certainly don't want to give it to other people. I also don't want to be wearing my mask at home. All day I am breathing my own germs at work wearing full protective equipment and making it worse. I want to at least have some time to recover.

I'm uncertain what Eid is?
Respiratory illness is the worst, had two back to back before COVID hit. The main thing is rest and liquids. It just takes a little time to improve, but sending lots of feel better ASAP vibes🌺

No, seriously, it is muslim celebration at the end of Ramadan sort of like Christmas but more desserts. originally it is an occasion for people to forgive one another and congratulate one another for successful fast

@Coralmist though i am not a muslim, all my muslim acquaintances and family gather in my home. This year I won't be able to celebrate with them.
