@Blondily I want to take our motorhome and go see Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada. Maybe even Utah too. The great thing about being retired is we can spend a couple of months out on the road. 🙂

I tend to go with tomato sliced and drizzled with a red wine vinegar, olive oil, s&p and oregano.
