The meal preparation went very well. Turkey came out moist and tender. I did have to drop lima beans from my planned list of vegetables and to substitute green peas. Otherwise everything was warm and ready for the eating. Then the obligatory two hours of cleanup! All in all a good day. I hope it went as well for others.
