It’s almost Thanksgiving. What’s your favorite dish?

The turkey itself if I cook it right. I leave it in the oven 12 hours at about 230 degrees. It'll be brown and wrinkly with the meat falling off the bones. Literally no meat sticks.

@HobNoblin Hmmmm. I’ve always heard cooking low temp wasn’t good for poultry. But I might try it
