I found a Christmas tree I really like today, but I don't really want to spend the money on it.

I want people driving in my neighborhood to see it. Then, I won't be the tree outcast. Plus, I love Christmas.

I thought about it, and no one is really going to be able to see my tree unless they drive in my driveway. I have the only house that has trees covering it from the bottom/end of the yard (by the street). There was a guy who lived here years back who was in the federal witness program for the Italian mafia. It came out after the trial or he passed away or something. He grew tons on trees and kept things overgrown/hard to see. Anyway, there's trees covering the house from the street (much clearer than years before though).

I think someone might see the tree through the window at just the right angle though.

Oh, I have 8 month old kittens. They might break ornaments accidentally!

Should I get one? I would love to see how beautiful it is...but, you've heard my other concerns.

If you do get a tree the kittens will absolutely break ornaments. We would put only plastic ornaments on the bottom half of our tree. Under no condition should you have any tinsel on your tree. That could result in anything ranging from a festive litterbox, up to an emergency trip to the vet.

The only thing is With kittens , I think I would hesitate. I do love trees myself. I'm not getting one this year as I'm broke, and I'll put up mini table top trees. They're not as pretty but they are still festive.

Yes you should it sounds like it can be therapeutic don't put expensive ornaments on it if you have cats but it is also a joy to watch them play in the tree....
