The sun is a full peak and everywhere is exploding with life. Today I reflect on how beautiful life is and how lucky I am to exist and be aware. Happy Solstice everyone, enjoy the summer!

Thank you. I'm sure I was supposed to be at Stonehenge or somewhere special for the Solstice, but I'm stuck at home. I do have a swing on my patio, so I will sit there when the Solstice occurs this afternoon.
