Just one more day at work......
It's that pre holiday feeling.... my wife and I are going to a hotel for our belated second wedding anniversary.
What really triggered the excitement is that I took an upgrade for the room- just 拢30 per night!
We'll have a bottle of champagne on arrival- next to a window with countryside views!
We always eat late on holiday- dinner booked at 9 pm- unlike American users here 馃槄 not to mention a cheeky predrink at the hotel bar before our meal!
Both of us prefer waiting longer for meals to arrive as long as wine is on the table- if I was in a hurry I'd grab McDonald's, we enjoy good conversation- either by ourselves or with guests!
My day will be spent walking, taking wildlife photographs and also reading in the room, while my wife will be using the spa- no doubt on the phone to relatives all day!
