Do you feel relieved or a bit let down knowing that the hoildays are offically over?

Thanksgiving is always the gateway, and it is THIS Holiday which is my favorite because anyone in advertising can't really market the spirit of family and giving thanks can't they? As a young boy, I loved Christmas, not so much for Christmas morning as it was for the lead up; decorating the tree, making Christmas oriented food, visiting family I'd see only once or twice in a year, playing traditional Christmas music......and that sort of thing. And yet, Christmas in the modern age IMO is a complete miscarriage of spirit and emotion. I dislike modern Christmas, but I carry that old Christmas in my heart with me forever I suppose.

Kinda relieved. I miss summertime.
