Our nation and constitution were formed on Christian principles. All men (mankind, not gender) are created equal with certain right of life, liberty and the freedom to make our own decisions free of Government interference.
Unfortunately, the culture now has become (a very vocal minority) of perversion, huge government welfare, socialist and even Marxist doctrine being pushed by media and the insane way left progressives.

@Mktonght And yet the founders very carefully omitted using the word "god" in the Constituiton and specifically legislated to divide religion from government.

Because of the establishment of the "church of England" as the official Government church, the founders of our Constitution were very careful to not exclude freedom of religion. The premise that government should never force a specific religion was important then as now.

@Mktonght not true 😅
America is secular and the whole “freedom” thing was after secularism

I suppose the Native Americans, and African slaves did not get that memo. 😅
